After discovering three hectares of land on a hillside surrounded by a tropical forest, we realized we wanted to create something unique. This inspired our vision of developing a secluded villa and apartment residence offering breathtaking ocean views — that would always feel extraordinary.

Located in the scenic southern region of Bali, this property is situated in a quiet and private hillside area with no direct neighbors. Despite its seclusion, it is just five minutes away from the island’s main transport routes. Additionally, Melasti Beach, often regarded as Bali’s most beautiful beach, is only seven minutes away.
Accessibility
The renowned Savaya Beach Club is located just minutes from the property. It is surrounded by premium resorts, including Bvlgari, Alila, Six Senses, and Karma Kandara, all offering restaurants and beach clubs open to the public.
