Lyvin Melasti Villas
A luxurious complex of 18 single-story villas, each with two bedrooms and private pools, located near Melasti Beach. The cascading layout allows each villa to offer direct ocean views. The complex commenced operations in a soft-opening mode in December 2024.
Having discovered three hectares of land on a hillside surrounded by a tropical forest, we knew we wanted to create something unique. This led to the vision of building a secluded villa complex with breathtaking ocean views — views that would never become routine.

The Melasti area is located in the southern part of Bali. It is a lush, well-developed region with some of the best beaches on the island. Due to the hilly landscape, land plots with direct ocean views are rare, and most are already occupied by resorts from the world’s leading hotel brands.
